This panel will examine the human, technical, administrative, and organisational measures implemented by Enerjisa Üretim to effectively manage the consequences of the significant earthquake that occurred on 6 February 2023 This context highlights the crucial importance of preparedness for crises, safeguarding both physical and human assets, promoting coordination and mutual support between the holding and its subsidiaries. It also emphasises the critical role of having individuals with decision-making competence and authority present at the crisis table, the significance of prompt decision-aking, and the value of social ties and cooperation with local actors before, during, and after the crisis.

Her academic expertise is in quantitative, qualitative and mixed research techniques in Work/Organisational Psychology. This expertise and focus of attention is directed towards natural, technical or psycho-social risks that can affect the flow of work in organisational processes and leave traces at the individual, group or organisational scale. One of her current studies is the "Flexible Working Management System Development Project" supported by TUBITAK 1001 and the "Psychosocial Health and Safety at Work Project" supported by the EU Occupational Health and Safety Improvement Grant Programme. She currently continues to execute the TUBITAK 1001 supported "Psychosocial Security Project in Sports", which was implemented in July 2022.
She completed her undergraduate education in psychology at Boğaziçi University and her master's and doctorate degrees in the Organizational Behavior program at Marmara University. İdil Işık, who received her Associate Professor degree in Social Psychology in 2017, served as a faculty member and director of the Organizational Psychology Master's Program at Istanbul Bilgi University between 2010-2023. On December 1, 2023, she will receive her Professorship degree in Organizational Psychology and start working at Bahçeşehir University, Department of Psychology. She has worked as a consultant, trainer and content developer in consultancy, training and social responsibility projects for academic and professional target audiences for nearly 30 years. She structured this experience to offer it as a service for institutions by establishing PRISMA- Psikososyal Risk Yönetimi Enstitüsü Sağlık ve Danışmanlık Ltd.Şti. in August 2020 Thus, the foundation of the Psychosocial Risk Management Institute, which will operate in the field of Organizational Psychology and Clinical Psychology, was laid.

He graduated from Çukurova University, Department of Business and Economic Management in 1996 From 2002 to 2018, he was involved in various international Oil & Gas investment projects. Specifically, he worked on the BTC Hampetrol Pipeline Marine Terminal project in Turkey, the AGIP KCO Kashagan Onshore project in Kazakhstan, and the Chevron Tengiz Oil Field 3rd Generation project, also in Kazakhstan. His responsibilities in these projects included public relations, administration, social initiatives, local content development, employee relations, and compliance with IFC requirements. Since 2018, Servet Sarısoy has held the position of Senior Administrative and Social Affairs Manager at Enerjisa Enerji Üretim A.Ş. In this role, she is responsible for managing internal and external stakeholders and overseeing the implementation of the social management plan, following the criteria set by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). Additionally, she serves as a member of the Sustainability Committee. Additionally, he is engaged in the fields of Emergency, Crisis Management, and Reputation Management. The team develops and executes Social Projects that adhere to Sustainability Development Criteria, including activities such as educating stakeholders in the regions where the power plants are situated, reducing disparities, enhancing biodiversity and incomes, and promoting climate action measures in times of crisis.

Born in Bandırma in 1978, Serkan Özek graduated from Primary and Secondary School in Izmir and Ankara Mimar Sinan High School. He completed his undergraduate education in Mechanical Engineering at Gazi University and his master's degree in Maintenance Management at Gazi University Mechanical Department.
He started his career by working on the construction and commissioning of Alstom Power Çan Thermal Power Plant, and then worked as an Operations Maintenance Engineer at EÜAŞ (Electricity Production Joint Stock Company) and Gökçekaya HEPP. He served as R&D Deputy Manager, Maintenance Management Manager and Obruk HEPP Operation Manager respectively.
In 2017, he started to work as the Head of Maintenance Management Department within the scope of the establishment and implementation of the strategies of the Maintenance Management Department, being responsible for 62 power plants and 21,000 MW in 4 Technologies. He has been working as Enerjisa Üretim Hydraulic Power Plants Maintenance Manager since May 2021.
