The Hubble project for a predictable and optimised maintenance strategy encompassing 16 hydroelectric power plants within Enerjisa Üretim was
presented in detail. The study's milestones, criticality analysis, equipment tree structure ensuring standardisation and digitalisation steps such as
data digitalisation, maintenance memory creation, and status monitoring were all mentioned. The academic and sectoral aspects of the study
conducted within the scope of criticality analysis were highlighted in the second part of the presentation. In terms of general methodology, the
details of how the fuzzy decision algorithm was used in this study, as well as how expert opinions were used and how this raw information was made
sense of, were shared.

Dr. Özcan was born in Ankara in 1980 In 2003, 2007, and 2013, he received his bachelor's, master's, and doctorate degrees from Gazi University's Department of Industrial Engineering, respectively. Dr. Özcan was appointed to Elektrik Üretim A. in 2010 after 7 years of engineering experience in the private sector and worked as Project Engineer in Turkey's first solar power plant feasibility project with a budget of 650,000 Euros and Project Manager in the project of Installation and Operation of Maintenance Management System in Power Generation Plants with a total budget of 9 million TL in this State Economic Enterprise, Turkey's largest electricity generation or distribution company. Dr. Özcan taught Energy Systems Planning and Energy Management courses at Krkkale University's Department of Industrial Engineering during this time. He has been an Associate
Professor in the Department of Operations Research of the same department since 2020 Dr. zcan is one of the founding partners of Labornia Energy Production Company, which was established in December 2020 with a grant from the KOSGEB R&D Innovation Support Programme, and he speaks English well.

She graduated from Çukurova University, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In 2013, she began her professional career as a Power Plant Operations Engineer at Akenerji Electricity Generation Company, where she later advanced to Operations and Maintenance Engineer. She joined Enerjisa in 2017 as an Electrical Engineer in the Engineering Directorate, and then as a Senior Electrical Engineer in the Technical Support Directorate from 2019 to 2021 She continues her career as a Hydroelectric Power Plants Project Management Expert in Enerjisa Enerji Üretim's Hydroelectric Power Plants Project Management Department.
