The decision to establish Enerjisa Üretim's Central Operation, Control, Monitoring, and Development department, the functions it performs, and the
value it provides to the organisation were discussed. It was explained how Senkron, Turkey's first ISO 55001 certified central control room, manages
risk and change through its Asset Management approach. Senkron Control Room was presented to conference attendees with Microsoft Hololens
technology at the end of the speech.

Mehmet Salih Özgür received his bachelor's degree in electrical and electronics engineering from Çukurova University in 2004. He joined Enerjisa in 2013 as Hydroelectric Power Plant Manager after 1 year on academic staff and 7 years in the iron and steel industry. He has been in charge of the Central Enterprise's establishment, commissioning, and development since July 2020.
